I need Cody & Jessica to bully him into disappearing forever.
Josh doesn't dislike Paul as far as I'm aware. Jessica said during her podcast with Josh that Paul was probably the only person from their season that she and Cody would be completely unwilling to give.
It seems like he will be the only cast member doing both regular challenge and cbs challenge. Dude is annoying but props to him for doing something right i guess to keep being on these shows.

i wouldn't say being universally hated and perceived as one of the weakest and most annoying cast members ever is doing something well, he just happens to be friends with that one stupid ***** casting director.

well he's getting the bag so that's doing something well.
Josh is cast because he is a production pet and they are out of touch with what makes successful tv. If you want to boast about that, congrats I guess?
I'm convinced there's someone from production that gets hard nípples for him.
It's Skye Topic, she literally said she knows the whole fan base hates him but she likes him and will keep casting him in hopes that fans come around on him.

Thought dumping here because I don't have friends who watch this show. This take is not fully flushed out yet lol (still need to finish my rewatch of the available seasons hehe):
Tldr: Josh ain't that bad lol
One thing I realized is that as long as I've been annoyed by casual viewers I might be one haha.
Josh has annoyed me since his first season. And seeing I wasn't the only one who noticed his annoying traits I felt like I pegged him right and didn't think twice about liking posts shitting on him.
But in my 5th rewatch (and after 16 years of watching this show) I realized/ recognized the strategy of starting drama in the house just as effective as winning the dailies.
and it's a strategy ALL of the players use. They'll blow medial shit up just to make people view others differently and sway the game. Dirty 30 really highlighted this strategy.
Cara has done this and her downfall was moving away from petty house fights and beefing irl. (By IRL I mean not just in the game where large amounts of money are up for grabs and almost anything can be forgiven in the wrap party).
Here's why I started to reconsider my stance on Josh. Say what you want, he is loyal. The people he aligns with from jump are also the people he die for (elimination).
Sure he's emotional and that's annoying but the contestants (as of late) have mostly been living in miserable conditions, and we always hear about how emotionally taxing the house is.
I think that the issue he has is not being more discreet with who he is and isn't aligned with.
After Bananas' 5th win, being aligned with him was a danger to your game. He was likely to win dailies and have the votes in his favor. A lot of people say it was a curse after the Sarah betrayal that prevented him from winning when it was just his target that got bigger, and people who remained in his camp were targeted when he was on the chopping block. (Nany, Leroy, Cara, etc) side note: Bananas knew this and used his personal relationships as a strategy to maintain loyalty. When Tony, Cara, and Zach all played against him, he acted betrayed and butt hurt but he pulled the same move on Nany in Bloodlines and justified it as a move to get him further in the game. During my Rewatch, I realized how skewed our perception of the show is. These people aren't speaking to each other in the house the same way they are talking in confessionals. This means everyone is paranoid and popping off on each other because tensions are high or they need to pick a fight to get someone eliminated. Anyone who has ever said "because they were bored" is lying because starting any drama puts a target on your back, and if you're starting drama you better make sure you look like the "good guy" and it's usually based on truth.
Because Josh is loyal and emotional, he falls for the drama every single time. The challengers prey on vulnerability because it's easier to get someone out of the game through an escalated situation than to risk going into elimination.
For the real Josh to show he really needs to play a quiet game. Walk awayfrom bullshit or laugh it off. Cause they're going to trigger him every season cause they know they can. He clearly has a great social game for building alliances, but like Amanda said: some of these people he tries to protect aren't really his friends and it shows.
I would like Josh if he got physically active and toned his body, then got several tattoos, while growing out his facial hair. I want Josh to turn into Cory and just *********** and ****....A COMPLETE ******* TRANSFORMATION....I support fboy Josh, not punk *** gl*** throwing drink tossing Josh.

Josh should have won an Emmy for his cameo on The Bold and The Beautiful.
never stop doing you PK <3

Any chance he won't be cast next season?
Josh is on good terms with Jessica and while I don't think Cody likes him, it seems like the only person from BB19 he truly dislikes is Paul.
Why does he dislike Paul? Paul is the reason he won. He would have been a pre-juror, most likely first or second boot.
Because Paul won't use him like a puppet anymore

I though he was still friends with Paul?
Lock this.

If he is on the cbs challenge I hope he flops hard!

Putting her personal wants over what will do better for the show... great casting smh
Stupid *****.
I would probably do it too ngl.
