Looks like 495 production pick it up and now they want to make it a shore spinoff but the format is different so idk how is that going to work. But based on things I have heard it sounds more like Siesta Key with them knowing each other filming on their houses for a few + plus a weekend/week together at Lake Burton.

Nah, I'm not from that area. I had to google Buckhead to find out where it was, and I was just surprised and thought it was funny.
