At this point, I don't think anyone is capable of getting through to her. The only way she's going to start down the path to recovery is when she truly wants it. Hopefully that happens before it's too late.
Why ask for help multiple times but when people try to help you its crickets on robin's side. Sober or not if I was posting on facebook that its freezing and I need a place to stay trust ill take any help for the moment. Poor thing is not in her right state of mind.
Could be attention based--could be that she hoping certain people reach out that will enable her.

I did want to say as much as I would love to help Robin or anyone else out with a hotel room there is risk associated with that. If they were to damage the room or steal anything you'd most likely be responsible as they hold a credit card at most places. I'd also be concerned about her inviting people over--she's supplying the warm space they bring the drugs.
If I was truly her friend I'd set her up in a rehab facility and pay for it all. I don't believe for a second she doesn't have anyone in her life willing to do that or invite her into their home if she stays clean.
