Kaycee legit got rewarded for doing horrible on the first portion of the final and half of the second. If she didn't do bad enough to face elimination then she wouldn't have gotten the chance to get CT as a partner.
I have never seen anyone getting such a huge advantage over getting last and beating someone on an elimination made for her. Tori got screw by that loophole.
