MTV or whomever pulled the trigger on the situation with Ash/Josh really shut themselves in the foot. Now even casuals are wondering wtf is going on and looking for answers which are mostly leading to "she called Josh gay".
Now that's a WHOOOOLEEE different discussion, but what I will say is the fact that it is being regarded so tight lipped, Josh going private, and the cagey but carefully worded responses from some of the cast is kind of suspect.
I mean if he wasn't, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. With the way it's being handled makes people think there's some truth to it. So they in turn aren't helping or protecting him because on one side you have fans either angry that he "got someone sent home" and then others that are being malicious and straight up making fun of him for "being gay"
Its a slippery slope and I personally don't know how they should've handled it but definitely not what they did.
But anyway that's my essay for the day lol. When I do make them I try not to be like certain other users on here.
why are any of you shocked they edited out ashley vs josh. from the minute ashley started getting a lot of screentime it was obvious they didn't want to ban her, so airing this wouldn't help her at all. Also given the nature of what was said (regarding Josh's sexuality) they weren't going to air that.. especially if he is gay and not ready to come out.
So production saved josh yet again just so he can be sent home next week I have to laugh. Maybe I'll turn into a Kyle Stan for a week for taking the trash out... wouldn't be surprised if Kyle thought in his head that he better take him out before miss josh runs to production if I accidentally breathe too heavy near him
Also they are killing this show. They pick and choose who the rules apply too and seems they don't want any drama to occur.
Can they even say I'll "kill" you in a elimination to their opponent anymore or is that grounds for disqualification Lol... anyways they are turning this to America's 5th sport. From the cast, to the sensitivity of drama, to the challenges

The whole josh and ashley thing is a prime example of the streisand effect, which is when you try hiding information and by doing so you end up causing more interest with people trying to find out what was being censored than if you had just orginally kept it in.
Also i thought season 36 was long but is this season even longer or does it just fel that way? i cant believe we still have over a month of this left.
If I remember correctly, if they dont skip any weeks because of the holidays, the last episode of the reunion would air the first week of January (if it has the same amount of episodes as DA). What a drag. All Stars will take away any steam it has left

Kaycee's gonna the face of the female winners as she'll be probably the only one representing lol. Soon after that kaycee will be one of the main faces of the challenge and be placed on the poster. Big T is literally in the same spot Aneesa is in. They'll float to final seven/six but when that time comes they're being thrown into a elimination and being sent home.
