Can someone summerize why there is so much Derrick hate on here? He seems like a decent guy. Cringy confessionals but he loves the show, shows up, and he's a frickin road ruler. He also is a big challenge name whether people want to admit it or not, he had his moments. If he quit doing shows after the Gauntlet 2 people would be clammering to have him back.

In 30 minutes he didn't solve it. That minute is irrelevant if he solves it in 27 or 28 minutes. Jordan failed. He's responsible and there's no reason to believe he couldn't flop on another puzzle. Again, CT destroyed that puzzle. Jordan failed--he's equally to blame.
Jonna just won so I'd rather see someone else. Jordan making and winning the final would be the worst. I doubt Derrick wins but the sooner he's out the better. Mark and Sylvia we know they're gonna get 3rd/4th in the final so no need to see them. And idk Roni so

I'm not saying that this happened but if they did pick their partners for this season it would have made sense that Yes/Jemmye were partners and he got stuck with Beth when Jemmye had to leave. Yes helped Jemmye on the puzzle and waited to make sure she would be his partner for the kayak. Plus, Jemmye has numbers and is friends with Veronica.
