His stance was "I'm not dying with you but I have your back" but if he's talking shit then Nehemiah may have been right.
If Kam is one of the better runners what does that make Amber? Wonderwoman or a man?
Amber is probably one of the best female runners we've seen so not really catching your point. She killed that final and probably would outrun most men. Doesn't mean Kam is a bad runner. Didn't Kam get 2nd for the girls on the opening challenge of Vendettas and beat Cara who is no slouch?

All eliminations aren't physical. KA, Kendal etc are generally way more athletic than Nia, Kailah, Sylvia and would win at anything that's not hall brawl probably.
Veronica and Jemmye aren't winning many elims against any of these girls anyway so doesn't really matter. Maybe if they get a puzzle.
