I can see Beth bringing up the stuff Tina and V did to Tonya on the Inferno to play the victim like she always does. Which on a production stand point I would think it's a liability and they don't want it to be mention over the scandal that comes with it.
Kellyanne is probably being difficult about her dietary needs. Veronica is probably being difficult cause she's just a miserable person. Beth is probably being difficult because of Tina and Veronica, she'll prob find a way to get this canceled.
