on paper this cast is kinda tragic (and slightly embarrassing like really this is the best you could come up with?) like it's not Peak or Ex3 bad but i'm definitely not jumping up and down for a show that has "pretty" ricky and some 5th grader on it don't think i would even be excited if it didn't include Davonne Sher Jamar and a few others

Anyone remember tragic S3 had a Tuesday time slot originally? and like half way through the season MTV tried to salvage it by switching it back to Thursdays hahaha
270K that's probably the lowest I've ever seen from one of their prime time shows -- nobody cares about Vinny like they think + the network as whole isn't must see tv so no ones making this priority over streaming with better content
Ex on the beach season 1 and to an extend 2 only worked because it was airing after Jersey Shore when the family concept was still fresh. Hopefully they do a lot of promo for this but as of right now I don't see it not being a flop especially after the past 2 seasons struggle too at a time when the network where not pulling these type of numbers yet

I want better for this show but it's clear that it died after season 2 like if you compare the engagement during season 2 to the engagement during peak it went downhill so quickly it's actually insane i don't know how they can revive it unless like you said they promote the **** out of it and i doubt mtv is willing to do that

Jersey Shore was so fresh at that time that it was getting viewers due Nostalgia of being back after some many years. Now MTV doesn't have any show that will help as a feeder to bring more viewers.
While based on things we have heard it does sounds better than the previous two seasons. I still think this show will work better if they focus on having 6 OGs that would feel attract to each other and having actual real exes showing up even if it's not reality tv stars OGs like real world explosion did causing way more drama. Plus, allowing more of a mess to happen instead of sending ppl home over little dumb stuff. I still don't see none of these OGs really wanting each other unless it was something fabricated preseason before filming.
I think if they focus on promotion and maybe making a big deal of not being on in such a long time (even though I doubt this show have that type loyal of fan base) then they can atleast aim to get 400k-500k which would be ok on their current standards.

I expect this to flop regardless of the night it airs unless they go crazy with promo. Floribama shore and double shot at love is doing horrible

we go from 400K to 800K in two episodes because people didn't feel like watching one week like this show will never die lmaoo
