Once she got evicted they couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and pretty she was. This is the same situation except they're not being fake. She's not a good liar, she stumbles over her words so even if she tells the truth it comes off as a lie, and she's not good with confrontation. So people think she's fake because she's just not good at explaining herself. She'll really only be successful in this game if she gets over that.
But also part of the issue is that people on this show take being lied to even for game reasons super personally and are so hung up on "sticking to your word", moreso than Big Brother and Survivor players are, which is why BB/Survivor players get a bad rep on this show. They think because they lie to get ahead, that makes them fake people but in reality, they're just playing the game. And several challengers aren't that much different from this, but it's easier for them to get away with it by putting all the heat on CBS players.
