Heard road rules audition was in boston, always wanted to go to boston and wanted to get out of her house. Got there a day early, slept in her car, and did the interview the next day
•Felt like this were a hunt for the gay person on the casting special but she didnt want to tell anyone. When she did tell them, she didnt plan it but it just happened. She didnt feel pressured to come out, but it felt like the right thing to do
•everyone was campaigning on the casting special so they would get picked. Like they would have conversations about people losing family members which is not something youd normally talk about in a first conversation
•she was the first openly gay road ruler
•always wanted to do the road rules and not real world since rw was new york which is where she lived
•when they picked the 13 finalists, they sent them luggage. They told them to pack the backpack and an extra box, so if they get sent to real world, the box will be sent to them. She didnt pack the box because she was sure she was going to be on RR

•butted heads with adam alot, at the time he was a misogynist and wouldnt let her drive the RV. He was a bad driver and would hit things all over. She thinks maybe he felt he had something to prove. His arrogance rubbed her the wrong way but he had a really good heart and is a sweet guy. Says shes sure hes been through alot and possibly changed but some habits are hard to break
•mike brought up how jisela mentioned production wouldnt let adam get his adhd meds. She said she forgot about that but sometimes he would be lost in space and sometimes he would just be Adam. You didnt know what was Adam and what was ADHD. Says she had a convo with someone but can’t remember who, and that person questioned if he blamed some of his actions on his Adhd so the blame wasnt really on him but you cant question that kinda stuff when it comes to mental health. Alot of conflict about that

He said you tell me everything, why did you write a letter? And she said if she could tell him herself, she would. He opened the letter, it felt like forever while he was reading it, and he started bawling when he got to the part where she came out. He thought he loved her too much and thats why it happened. She told him its not about him. They went through stages, he got angry and said she was ruining her life. Didnt speak to her for awhile, couldnt make eye contact. One day, her aunt cooked a meal and you pass the dishes around, and she asked for him to pass something, and he replied back angrily “HERE!” So it was a start. Her family was very Catholic but showed her support. They dont talk about it much, but shes brought gfs home before and they accepted them. Helped raised a gfs kid and they still ask about the kid so she thinks they accepted it well
•said you would be dumb not to have a crush on Jisela. Shes beautiful, sweet, speaks her mind, a great person
•did a bar crawl tour with derrick right when his show ended for 2-3 months which was lots of fun
•met one of her first gfs because she booked her to do an engagement at a college

•trained before BOTS2 because she wanted to try her best and make it to the end. She was mad at the challenges they had back then because she wanted more physical stuff
•RR is her favorite over both shows, because she got to travel, speak French, got to do cool stuff like rock climb in Spain.

•closest to Ruthie in the challenge house, had met her prior to filming in LA
•asked if she felt the final was fair or if it was tailored for the men to win, not sure what she can say. But the problem was with the key in the haystacks. She was so mad because they breezed through everything after that and it would have come down to the puzzle had the key thing not happened. Thinks they definitely would have won
•thought it was cool they got to jump out of a plane. She thought the proper way to jump out was a somersault (its not lol)
•they never asked her after BOTSexes2, but she knew she didnt have the personality they were looking for. The beginning of the challenges were about the personalities and nowadays its more about the crazy stuff you do and how you react to it

•didnt have her passport but she wrote her senator and she got it in 3 days and went off to be an alternate.
•First time meeting most of the alternates. Met Ryan briefly before in passing. She had no idea who they were, but they really helped her out and giving her a history lesson of what shes missed. She thought she was the only one insecure wondering if she belonged there but she wasnt alone
•she loves cohutta, never knows what he will say
•cooke is the sweetest girl but glad shes not on the wrong side of her because shes a beast
•she wasnt sad she was an alternate, she was out of shape and she probably would have died. Cooke was working out and it gave her motivation so she got back into the gym when she got back home
•casey is a classic texan beauty, a firecracker who is super smart, more than people are aware of.
•ryan is a good connector to get people together. He would be a good politician
•says shes fine with social media now. With shows before, theres regrets you have of things you wish you said, or to explain what you meant and social media gives you that platform to do so. Its another sword, just matters how you wield it
