So you don't believe major CEOs are going to file litigation on this? Biden used OSHA and now that will be correctly challenged in the courts. Just because you think people should be vaccination and those that aren't should be test (truthfully i agree with you but I know I don't have the right to dictate that) doesn't mean Jenn or anyone else should go along with it. The mandate includes "up to" a $14k fine for each violation. There's going to be a lot of lawsuits. Those suits will reach the SCOTUS and those of us that voted for Trump did so not because we liked him (he's an idiot) but because the most important thing is for the SCOTUS to be conservative.
