I always thought she was a crybaby with only-child syndrome, but she at least had some passion and sparkle to her at times about the competition. I just saw War of the Worlds 2 and, ugh, the woman looked so defeated and deeply unhappy the entire time, even when her team was winning and she was safe. I don't know if it was doing 5 finals in a row and not living in the real world finally took its toll, but her misery was contagious. It was honestly sad to watch.

What I saw on WOTW 2 just made me sad. It was obvious this woman was completely broken and beaten down mentally and physically. She did 5 finals in a row, which is crazy. Other main faces like Bananas and Wes got taken out early often, had time to recover, and are able to separate the show from life. She spent 10 years on tv and I don't think enough time in the real world.
It doesn't help that she has a boyfriend who is as obsessed with the show as she is. Bananas was spot-on. She morphs into whoever she is around because she has no identity of her own. Just get a normal guy and move on like Paula did.
