Michaela can do any show she wants whenever she wants. If she wanted to do Big Brother or Survivor they'd make it happen. If she wants to do The Challenge or this spinoff they'll make it happen. Michaela is TV gold.
There'd be too much backlash with Caleb considering they've had Amber on this show and she's now a champion. Fans already know who she is even if she's boring to some people, so bringing Caleb will bring back the problematic aspects of his past appearance and his treatment of Amber, and MTV might want to avoid that.

Good info--he has some physical issues though which made me wonder if he's healthy enough now that he could return. CBS loved him at one point.

Not many people watch Paramount so it's going to be hard to over do it. The cast seems to live around the show so I doubt they'll care.
