Worried Gamer says she may be an alternate.  Based on those 28 names I hope the alternates are Ruthie and Nehemeiah and the cast is 26 people.  They got to be on season 1 and were by far the weakest season 1 returnees.  I'd even want to give Emilee a shot over seeing Ruthie again.  None of the other girls besides Ruthie and Emilee should even be considered.
