I enjoyed season 1 purely for nostalgic purposes but i wish the episodes were longer, it felt rushed and I'm mad they cut things out like Ruthie vs. Nehemiah or Kendal calling Beth a liar, etc
Season 1 had its moments. We have definitely seen worse and this season is about to be one of them
Would love to hear what your favorite moments were. I really only remember the Katie/Trishelle fight (which we didn't even get to see most of) and Arissa's exit
well I didn't finish season 1 completely but I liked the nostalgic vibe and seeing old faces and the comedic relief. Characters like Ace and Teck were nice to see. And as far as the drama, at least we got something. Trishelle delivered and even got Katie out of character. Arissa exit was iconic. Social media drama. Aneesa and Ruthie. Ppl trying to come for Kendal.
i didn't say it was the best season in the world, I just said it had its moments and I would put it over double agents

I need to see the cutting room floor clips that they put in all the teasers but never made it to air - wayyyy to rushed. Also just a special on the 90's party is needed.
What's wrong with Nostalgia? Yeah that def helped with the 1st season and seeing some of the people listed for the 2nd one - but the season itself was good based on the people there and the show. I don't watch much reality tv and I can't stand the over the top fake drama, this show had some competition, fun people, minor drama, and the cast member didn't seem miserable but happy to be there, it was perfect imo.

Agreed, it was genuine and fun. I liked the light-heartedness and the cast was charismatic and natural. It wasn't forced and desperate like the main show. There were definitely editing, format, and production problems and all the good people early but it was still great overall. If you prefer DA/TM over this, you have trash taste and low standards...so you can exit.

i never said there was something wrong with nostalgia it was my favorite part of the season but to act like people are idiots for saying the word when it's the main component of the show is just ridiculous lol
I see a few of y'all are still in denial and drinkng the nostalgia kool-aid lmaoooo y'all will wake up one day
Nostalgia was the ONLY reason this show was made. As long as it scratches that nostalgia itch (which it did), wouldn't it be considered a success? Thats why this season isn't looking good, they are getting too far away from the original concept and bringing back people no one has been dying to see again.
The annoying thing is the ones trying to claim we only liked it because of nostalgia. There are plenty of revived shows that I loved as a kid but did not enjoy just because of nostalgia. I enjoyed (most) of the cast and the vibes of it. I personally hate the dark vibes of the current era and the lack of fun and humor.
Is Dan Seltzer a confirmed no? He. Is a multi time champ and won with Eric Nies on Sexes 2
Probably because he would be good casting. My friend worked with him a couple years ago and said he can be a huge ******* at times so he could even bring drama...but nah we get Ryan, Derek, Steve, and Derrick who deliver like Fedex.
PR confirmed no one would be making a challenge debut, so no Kyle. Plus, doesn't he work for ESPN? Doubt they are letting him leave to film. He would be great to see though!
-I know I'm in the minority but I loved Season 1. The 95% awesome cast, the throwback challenges, the music, the Kendal narrative, everything Arissa, the Jonna arc, the Yes sneak up from behind, and especially the final. I'm the type that loves to watch fun competition over a screaming/crying Josh. I thought the one winner was kind of lame. But on a scale of Vendettas (which was the lamest challenge I saw) to Inferno 1 (G.O.A.T. imo), I would say it ranks at about a BOTSexes 2. Funny, it has an iconic exit like that season too.
-I am baffled by the rabid Sophie and Elma fans. Who is the former? I vaguely remember the latter only complaining to Coral about Trishelle on the Gauntlet. I can understand desperation for a Julie or Ayanna return but Sophie and Elma?
-The cast list is REALLY bad. I felt so bad for Darrell losing season 1 even though I loved the winner. Right now Darrell can look at the list and start counting his money. He sticks out like a sore thumb competitively.
-Casting is a fan of Cancun, clearly. No Ayiiia so far is puzzling then. Emilee F I agree would start drama because I just think she's a weirdo. She's the type who if Cancun came in with an iron clad alliance would defect from it because Jasmine or Jonna stole her hair products one morning and then get herself eliminated.
-I saw Marie's IG post. I'm a big Marie fan and want to know what the hell happened? Did she get dropped or did she drop out? If she was dropped, was it for a scandalous reason?
Side note: Who made the cover photo for this thread? Lol
Jon, Veronica, Chet, Ace, Tyrie, Robin and Darrell - so freaking random
#alternativefacts :P

Someone host a Vevmo Game Allstars 1 fans vs Allstars 1 haters.

nope no kool-aid drank here - 'twas wonderful <3
It's like these peoples just learned the word nostalgia and love to throw it around any chance they get.
seems to defenitely apply. i bet the producers had it on a dry erase board when pitching the show. it's a very important word for this series

I love when a dumb *** tries to check me just to end up looking stupid in the end

YAY for Teck and Kendal
