Karamo is only worth money because of Queer Eye - he was kind of a dud on his last appearance on the show. I'd argue Coral is and with the right cast members Veronica/Rachel/Tina would be together if they had some foes there.
It doesn't matter how and why he is relevant now days. When it comes to people like him and Cameran that are not as popular on the challenge like others but has managed to build up a big social media present they will be in higher demand & production will pay more for them if they were willing to do it than other reality stars that went back to live a regular life with hardly any social media presence.
I was a big Cameran and Southern Charm fan until all of them became the worst versions of themselves. Cameran is pretty. She has aged well. She also voted for Thomas Ravenel, so maybe she isn't one of the names they should be willing to pay more. Also, Cameran is a terrible competitior.
