Laurel's the best female competitor to ever be on the show. Only Evelyn is probably close and she doesn't have the size to hang in some things. The only other people that MAYBE could have held their own were Emily B, Emily S and Holly S. Ehhh--maybe Cooke

As I near 40, I'm positive that I could complete all of the dailies and the final on All Stars. A few of them wouldn't be terribly pretty for me, but I could do it. I'm just as positive that there is no way I could finish the WotW, Exes, and Rivals final. I'm also confident that there are very few if any eliminations that I could beat Laurel in. If you put her on All Stars, she isn't going to have close competition.

I disagree that V and Christena outperformed her but Holly is arguably the person best suited to run a final that has ever been on the show. She was a marathon runner and highly intelligent. She was also incredibly strong. Physically and mentally. I'm fine with putting her a tier below Ev and Laurel but I'm not putting her below Jodi and Rachel for example.
There probably needs to be 8-10 tiers because I'd take Casey any day over Shauvon Katelynn Brooke Jenn Lee etc.
