I think this was said before, but I went to Kaycee's story and I hear Tori and Nany talking in the background, what I think I heard was:
Tori: we were one hundred thousand percent sure we were gonna beat her
Nany: one thousand percent
Tori: right?
Im taking this as confirmation as either one of Emy or Kaycee winning, but my luck for this season has been terrible so it's probably one of Kaycee/Nany/Tori
I'm not saying Emy didn't win, but there's nothing in Kaycee's Instagram story that can be deciphered as "100% sure we'd beat her". Tori sounds like she had food in her mouth, you can definitely hear the first thing she says is "..together like" and to me it still sounds like "be there", not "beat her".
And I highly, highly doubt that if they were talking about the final, Kaycee would be filming herself and putting it on her story.
