This a shot in the dark but im thinking they don't get even get voted in as pairs and they just vote two guys and two girls into elimination cause there weren't even enough rookie/rookie teams for at least one vet to not see elimination as of the first three eliminations. Again im probably so wrong on the format but it's just a wild guess
