I know they both were on the cast but I assumed that Emy left right before or during the 2nd quarantine but I'm not entirely sure

Yeah, that was when everyone had their phones but we just didn't know yet

I'm assuming Emy was probably just like the first one to start posting abnormally since she's a musician of some sort and prob got permission to post certain stuff? I don't follow her just an assumption since they do make exceptions for work sometimes
