Tommy is a Survivor winner that's in his 20s. He's got size and is athletic. They aren't looking for 30 people to all come in starting drama. Drama should be driven by gameplay with Tommy can create. Despite being a teacher (which for some reason is a negative) he was an obvious casting choice
