yeah it's pretty impressive they've managed to successfully rebrand one of their longest running shows and get the exact reaction they wanted. it's the only thing keeping their network afloat
and people think the show is gonna end anytime soon lol.
They got people like Dan Orlovsky who played in the NFL and works for ESPN calling it the one of the best seasons ever on twitter
The complete leaning in to the moniker that the Ringer's Bill Simmons and ESPN's Dave Jacoby gave them as America's 5th Major Professional Sport a decade ago when they both worked for ESPN is a big reason in the ratings boon. It is marketing itself as a sport and going all the way in as a competition show is appealing to more people and a wider base and demographic.
speaking of i wonder why Paramount plus is hiding those numbers for their shows. they can't hold out for much longer. trends shows the app has the lowest amount of interest it's had ever and it just keeps going down ****
Meanwhile Allstars is flopping. The regular series is out trending it.
all stars is flopping because it's on paramount plus... if it was on mtv were people ain't have to pay it probably would've done much better. I still think All Stars will go for a couple more seasons
**** yoooo a reunion episode of the challenge was the number 1 non news show on cable for the night? When is the last time that has ever happened for the challenge? If ever?

We may complain but those ratings are why the show is going the way it's going lol
One of the highest rated seasons & one of the most forgettable seasons
Who doesn't have to pay for MTV? I have to obtain the Challenge shows illegally after it airs.
