To be fair british BBUK watchers HATED when Americans got cast on the show same with X Factor UK comments were angry when any non UK made it to the live shows.
We blessed them with New York on BBUK and they complain. We get their garbage disposal rejects so I think we have more of a right to complain ****

WOTW had a great rookie class.. lol Georgia, Theo, Bear, Turbo, Ashley, Dee, and Mattie were all objectively good casting choices. They all just turned out to be problematic and/or unable to do the show anymore
I'm going to give this a shot mostly because I'm happy about the Survivor rookies, but it does give me Bloodlines vibes
But they're basically out of people to cast. They only needed 16 vets from the history of this show and this group is the best that they could come up with. Everyone else is either too boring, declining or banned atm. If this wasn't a half rookie season and we got let's say 8 more vets this cast would probably have somehow been even worse. They're relying on these rookies to be the future of the franchise but I'm just not seeing it with this crop. I feel like production's gameplan is to cast a bunch of cheap randoms and hope they all turn out to be like Georgia who was 10x better than she was on her original show

Agreed, they need to keep the cast happy but they're throwing them in bunkers or in freezing weather and think they're desperate enough to agree to do it every season. **** production, makes me proud when people move on like Kailah even though I'd love to have her back
Oh and those themes Exes, Rivals, and Bloodlines aren't making their return anytime soon so we might as well get adjusted to this half rookies half veterans casts.

The cast members who barley spoke English had zero screen time and barley spoke on the show so their presence was useless. I'm not saying people who speak different languages shouldn't be on but those people barley contribute to the game, they're just there.
Turbo had a bit of a language barrier but still provided way more competition, drama, and funny confessionals than pretty much all of the other rookies lately combined. English not being his first language wasn't an issue
the only other time there was a language barrier was Nam so not sure what you're referring to lol I don't really count Alan as he was there all of 10 seconds
Wasn't Turbo like the biggest reality star in Turkey? Literally had armies of fans commenting under Challenge IG posts, he's a massive exception, he'd proven to be a great relity tv star by winning Survivor twice. From what we've heard about the internationals this season, they don't have nearly as much to offer

There is a great pool that casting just ignores I dont think adding more rookies or a FM3 will all of a sudden solve the problem
