Michelle Fitzgerald is great at puzzles, a good swimmer and social game. What works with her is the physical. Michaela is undoubtedly the best of the newcomers, she just can't contain the explosion, she really fights.
But even those girls would want CT or Fessy over Cory/Nelson IMO. Praying for a CT/Michaela pair--casuals would immediately love Michaela--this board would have to root for CT. Everyone wins lol
CT sure, but personally, I'd take Nelson and probably Cory over Fessy if I was female good at puzzles/math. Both know when to shut up to let their partner take control and also would keep pace with their female partner instead of running ahead like Fessy did with Nany.
Fessy seems like he could have a Zach yelling at Sam moment if he felt like he was falling behind. I don't think Fessy is that much better with endurance than Nelson that I would want that stress. Cory's knee is the only thing holding me back from saying him too but he's been better in more recent finals.
But again, only if the woman is strong in puzzles and those options are limited. CT/Fessy are the best balanced male vets, unfortunately.

I honestly think both Michele and Michelle would be perfectly fine additions. They're cute, excellent strategists, solid socially, can hold their own physically despite one falling on the second obstacle of ninja warrior, and Michele F will excel at puzzles.
