Jordan def is an enabler. Turbo was just at CT/Puck level. Hot Heads add entertainment to the show - when they turn scary the entertainment comes to a hault though, at least for me.
Eh maybe I need to rewatch that season to give him a second chance...but that would invlove rewatching that season and I hated both WOTW's. I just remember no one could calm him down and he look like he broke mentally and was ready to go crazy.

I loved Turbo and he was daddy, but he was a huge liability.
Turbo was literally the most gentle soul on the show until Jordan, he messed with the wrong one and was shaking in his boots. Turbo did nothing wrong.
not clamoring for him to come back tho because he was boring otherwise

CT knows now to act better but had he brought that Duel 2 energy to the current era of The Challenge, he would be gone forever.
Turbo was America's sweetheart but then he showed a dark side. He gets mad over little things and not just getting loud mad. He gets violent mad. He was ready to literally rip Jordan's head off because he was copying his walk. If he's willing to get that crazy over small things in an environment designed to stress him out, he becomes a liability.
No one ever got under his skin on WOTW1 like Jordan did on WOTW2, except maybe Hunter. So that's why no one ever noticed his temper. He wouldn't have that energy with Dee or Ninja, so they got a pass.
I swear some of ya'll would rather see these people play patty cake and sit in a kubaya circle

I don't remember a fight with Nicole (Rivals 3?) but the fact she was an alternate after they wanted her for years should tell you how boring she was in her return.
