Idt so for Kam, she was on that faces graphic 3 times. Cara is the only female on there more with Nany as the only one on there more than once (she's at 2). So Kam was one of the faces for almost every challenge she's been on (all but 1 but even then I think she was used for social media).
They're not slick with the additions of some others on that poster, but imo Kam would still be promoted regardless. Ashley is another story.

Sadly Tori is a casual fav her personality connect more with the bigger pool of viewers. While Kam is more controversial, but MTV has always put a lot of their eggs on her basket too because she has a big personality
