The face of the show
I think this season is the last chance for Cory to wake up and start being entertaining again. If he continues to be that boring dad like the last season, they will not ask him back. Cory is basically new Tony, they are in similar situations, family is a priority for them & they can't bring anything on these shows anymore. I am pretty sure this is the last season for Cory so he better win this one

You do understand that when his face was on Time Square, he was bringing a lot of enternaiment to the show, like multiple hook ups, fights, etc.? It means absolutely nothing now. We have seen many people who were "the face of the show" and are not coming back ever again because MTV doesn't need boring people. If you would be right, we would still get people like Tony Reines and Derrick Kosinski. Cory is gonna end up like these guys too, unles he starts being entertaining again. But it doesn't look like it, so if I were you I would really enjoy this season, because it's probably Cory's last.
You're correct all of them are replaceable. But Tony not being on is because he have declined every season since FR due to the custody battle that he had with Madison's parents and they were using him doing this shows against him. He also declined this season even though I heard the custody stuff is done.
Damn that sucks bc the challenge was how he fed his kids so what's Tony doing now for work lol

Tony has always had a job even when he to real world he was working at a Chemical plant, I remember back then when I found him that he was always a hard worker. No idea what he is doing now, but seems to be living a good decent life.
