Kyle didn't do much other than hook up with Cara his first season which is the only reason he made the final. And the red skull twist has benefitted him as no one views him as a threat and people have to go into elimination. His political game is vastly overrated imo.
Bear's is absolute trash but that's cause he knows his role in the reality tv world. If Bear was quiet and boring to get further, he wouldn't be casted.

Gotta disagree about Kyle only having Cara on Vendettas, he linked up with Bananas team of Tony, Leroy, Johnny & Zach early on too. Which was huge since Tony & Zach kept winning. Then he helped convince Tony to send Bananas in, which moved him up to 4 in that alliance which is a good place to be in a 4 person final, and then his relationship with Cara led to him not having to be the one of the 4 to go in the final 5 elimination.
