The teams and separate day M/F eliminations are what is throwing me at the moment.
I hate production so much with their single elimination days, we could have gotten the ******* island simple format and now we have to see this complicated shit. Nobody even wants 20 episodes anyways

the only cool thing I see about this format is you can scheme your way into a new partner without even having to risk going into elimination. Some of the smarter players might make some interesting moves.
I'm guessing the last place team gets put into elimination ex if it's a male day then the male on the partner goes in and then the house votes for another team and then whoever wins stays on their team and the losers teammate has to sit out of the next challenge and wait for the next weeks elimination to get paired up?

Honestly starting pairs dont matter that much. If you have a weaker partner you can even campaign for him/her to get put into elimination so you get a better partner lol
