guess the girls are picking first since there are less of them, don't really know if that always happens i've only watched like 3 seasons of this in total
It's usually they have the 5 couples from 10 people and then the extra person/people comes in right after and "steals" someone from a couple to start a bit of drama off the bat. Last season Kyra came in and stole Cashel off of Caro
Paradise Hotel lowkey ate but that was mostly cast not the format. This is still good tho it's a nice balance of storytelling and messiness and it doesn't hurt that some of them are really hot so you'll always tune in at least once to see what's going on. I've never made it to a finale of this show (UK or USA) so let's hope this season does it lmaooo
I think it's a record of 4 black men if that dude is included lmao we might have to stan on that! Although with all these melanin men and only one black woman is questionable.

a They revealed today they are doing Casa Amor. There better be some in there

What is that ?
it's when every OG guy has to go live in a different villa with a house full of new girls for a week. at the end of the week they can choose to stick with the girl they previously coupled up with or couple up with a new girl from Casa Amor.
The opposite happens at the Main Villa with OG Girls getting new guys. it's a big strain on the relationships already made in the house

It's worked really well on the UK version, but I'm not sure the people(guys most likely) in the US one are going to be as willing to leave their relationships for the new people, they seemed to play it pretty safe last year for the most part

i feel like at least one couple will force their way to stay the whole time the usual "Couples Goals" bait....
they could be reairing past Real World and Challenge seasons on MTV2 but they'll stop the Martin reruns for Love Island. What a joke although I will be tuning in on Monday to see how this play out ☕️
Basically the same issue that Love Island UK has with the so-called black women where it seems like the show is designed to make them look "undesirable".
The 1st episode was really bad; Jeremiah got a lot of heat on social media about his treatment of Justine but a new black girl named Rachel came in & he's very much into her so it seems he just wasn't attracted to Justine. Tre got thebusiness on social media; not only for his treatment of Justine but also some past tweets of his demeaning black women & claiming "no one wants them".
I didn't watch season 1 but I gave this season a try, it's not that bad so far I like Kaitlin and Keirstan but nobody jumps out as a star yet. Gonna give it a few more episodes to decide
I don't think that Tre really like Justine, I think he's just tryna stay on the show in my opinion. He bounced around to three different girls in two episodes and once he lost his couple he used Justine vulnerability to his advantage.
However it's not bad so far and I think it's only gonna go up from here it's a strong starting bunch but let's see if these replacements can measure up.
This USA version is already so boring! How is it only day 4 and there are already 5 solid couples? It just feels like they all want to win and are not being authentic and exploring their options.
For some reason, the format doesn't work in the US like it does in the UK or maybe it's just casting's fault.

Iconic Paradise Hotel >>>>>>>>> This Snoozefest show

WOW CBS is doing a reality show with more than 1 straight black man. 3! Now that's a record.

lmao MTV is marathoning the entire Season 1 one of this on MTV2 but not their own shows https://twitter.com/challengemtv/status/1296930074927730694?s=21

I heard this show is flopping rating wise for CBS. I havent watch yet
It's been kind of..... problematic lol
Why? How?
it's also got a weird vibe to it

It's not bad, they're definetly trying to make things more interesting than last year based on the cast, no Zach & Elizabeths it looks like
Rachel managing to pull Jeremiah with her wigs looking like that is powerful

lmaoo I'm just gonna appreciate we got two dark skin beauties first and not any racially ambiguous ones yet.
