No Day & Bay are the side alliance for Cody & Enzo and Day figured that out. The main alliance is Cody-Enzo-Dani-Nicole F with Chrismas and Memphis believing they're in it. They Cody picked up Tyler, Dani and Day have a deal, Nicole F has Ian and Enzo has Bay so that's 10 people. David also thinks he's part of the group (I think). Kevin thinks a lot of things but none are correct. Janelle & Kaysar are completely alone although they might be able to pull in Day & Bay on some level. Plus Memphis won't target them. Nicole A is as good as gone but it sounds like she plans on turning against Janelle and Kaysar by telling people what they've been saying to try to stay
It looks like the veto is likely gonna be used. I think everyone would use it except Memphis. So that means Janelle/Kaysar are in major trouble
Ian might not, but even if someone does Kevin will probably go up.

I just saw her conversation I didn't get that it was bad at all.. Also Day didn't tell Nicole she was the backdoor plan, she told her what she heard.. and Nicole told her that's what everyone is saying and thanked her for saying something.. Nicole didn't seem worried at all. And she still doesn't, she's going about her day. Bay and Day don't want to give off any suspicion that they are on to what is going on.. so I take most of what they say to other people at this point with a grain of salt because Day and Bay have their own plans now.
Just waiting for Nicole F to ask Cody, Dani or Memphis about the alleged plan to backdoor her then we might finally get some drama lol

Dani's plus 1 in the alliance is Day. I highly doubt Day moves against them any time soon but we'll see. Maybe if Kaysar or Janelle win HOH
