She had a legitimate beef with Nany and she won two very physically intensive eliminations and almost won a third, losing to a beast in Nia. I'm sure I would be saying "Cast Nia!" or "Cast Cooke!" if they actually wanted to come back, but those two have actually expressed complete disinterest. Go watch the second episode of Exes 2, Averey has the most airtime of the entire cast in that episode.
And she's only so far removed from the show, it's only been 4 years. If she came back and commanded no airtime and went home 2nd to someone like Jenn Lee or Big T, then you have a legitimate case that "her race is run".
