IMO girls side is far better than the guys. None of the guys you mentioned are bad choices but I would have been fine without any of them. Tyler is probably the only guy who really needed to be on in my opinion

I think Cody and Memphis were runner ups based on what I read online. Mephis had his moments.

Imo yes all those guys are allstars. Kaysar is one of the most popular players of all time, Enzo formed one of the most dominant alliances ever,Cody ran a whole season with Derrick and had a great social game,Kevin is an underrated player who would have won the game if he won the final HOH, and Memphis was in final 2 with Dan the greatest player ever so it will be interesting to see how we plays without him
For people who dont know,Kaysar was in BB6 and then played the following season in allstars and was one of the most popular players even though he didnt make it that far in BB6. So its cool that we have someone(also Janelle) from the original allstars in this season

Tyler is one of the best players ever, his manipulation skills were too notch and he was very likable so people wanted to align with him. Cody is extremely overrated and in no way did he run his season with Derrick. Derrick pulled each and every string and Cody was his assistant but he will be completely different without a master, same could be said about Memphis but he at least contributed more to his master.
David deserves no spot on All Stars, Ian is a game not but he can be good tv too and he won thanks to a bitter jury, Kevin was meh and kind of whiny but they need an LGBT castmember.
All in all, the girls outweigh the guys in gameplay and entertainment (mostly thanks to Janelle, Daniele, and Nicole F). Even the weakest girls on the cast (Christmas and Da'Vonne IMO based on gameplay) will outshine some of the guys.
Seeing Kaysar and Janelle together again will be a treat.
Kaysar is just a really nice guy. Plus he was the first Muslim contestant on Big Brother and he was such a good representative for Muslims on tv. Tyler is one of the best players to never win so yes hes pretty important lol most people think he should have beat Kaycee
Kaycee played a good social game and BB isn't like Survivor where the jury is super fans who want the best player to win. There was some bitterness though I'd say

I love Nicole F. I really hope she's on!!! (I know not a popular opinion) but she has always been my favorite
