it would be different if he just ignored it and didn't address it but he has stated multiple times he is straight and we have never heard rumors of him hooking up with or flirting or being innapropriate with a member of the same sex. It's just annoying.
On the other hand I have heard rumors of Judd from BB15 hooking up with guys and claiming to be straight. I know it has nothing to do with Josh but no one ever questions Judd's sexuality. People are all different just because hes emotional doesn't mean he is gay. Maybe BI and afraid to explore that side of his sexuality but again he has denied it.

But he hasn't say he is queer publicly people are assuming he is queer or not. So people saying that are saying its crossing the line have a valid point, since it's outing someone that isn't ready to come out or have his reasons not say it publicly assumming he is in fact queer which we don't know.
People have commit suicide for being out it in a daily basis and those outing have face consequences for doing that to someone even on reality tv like losing their jobs after those episodes airs for their actions.
I do think if you put yourselve on multiple shows you have to get a thicker skin if you can't do that then dont put yourself in that situation it would never be healthy for your wellbeing. Since its like his 4th/5th show he should already have a thick skin and ignored those comments on social media no even bother to read them.

His sexuality shouldn't be brought up ever just like Bayleigh and Swaggy's race should never be brought up, and Jordan's disability shouldn't be brought up. There is no need for the low blows and personal attacks, just stick to their behaviors and actions.

I don't think they necessarily compare. I just think they are three things that should be off limits when it comes to attacking. I don't think you should attack anyone for things out of their control or the way they are born.
