A narcissist can do that to you. I know that first hand. He mentally broke the poor girl and even Bananas of all people commented about Zach being mentally abusive towards Jonna. Exes 2 was very hard to watch. Jenna like Jonna is a sweet girl. She will continue to let him walk all over her. Ashley K. was the smartest for kicking him to the curb.
