Survivor: Winners at War - Friendly Fire

Alliances have a chance to crumble after a tribal blindside. An undercover operation escalates to great heights.

and this barely top20/middle of the road season continues.

Tony show part 2. Zzz

The fact that we'll never get rid of standing and talking during tribal pains me dearly

Just hand the check to tony already.

I was so hoping Kim and Jeremy would come together to take out Ben. I can't believe this epic season turned out so tragic.

Nooooo!!! Two of my picks gone back to back can't believe people like Nick and Ben are still there Sad

Guess this is Tony's season! :/

Ben, Sarah, Nick still being there with Adam hogging camera time the first half of the season #trashseason.

I hated it before tonights episode. We finally got some subtitles of what they were freaking saying. This was a very very intense tribal. It felt that way coming across the t.v. It really did feel like the vote was not secure until the whispering started. I think jeremy was really going before that. 2 great episodes back to back. Less EOE and more strategic talk at camp makes for very good episodes.

Hate it for my girl Kim. She played the most dominant and best season of Survivor ever and she just never truly had a footing in this game. Could never grab a hold of the steering wheel and drive the car with a reliable alliance. She came in with one of the biggest targets on her back and still made it mid merge. Solidifying her legacy. Proud of her. She is a legend and one of the all time greats.

That is def a problem. 3 of the least popular winners being end game is no bueno. Rob and Parv really effed up (along with Ethan) sending Danni out. The boot list could of been a lot more appetizing. They should of kept her. She may be sketchy as hell and freaking tf out but she still would of been a number. They gave all the power to new school when they got rid of one of their own.

And with Kim leaving only 2 big names really are left in Jeremy and Tony. Denise I would consider a big name as well since she won the most popular modern season besides Cagayan but she has been under edited AF. I still think the merge has been crazy fun and chaotic as hell. Good episodes just wish Parv, Rob, Sandra and Natalie were in the game instead of Ben, Nick and Sarah.

It has been a really good season with the actual gameplay and episodes aside from a few when it was to heavily focused on the family visit and EOE. It is just we wish we could switch out some of the players from EOE with some of the players in the game. It has been a really entertaining season I think. Tribal always seems to be wild AF.

My personal rankings right now in the season (not based off on who I think would win just who I like)

  1. Michele: Queen. One of the first winners I watched growing up and resonated with
  2. Jeremy: Nice guy never seems like he has to scramble and do the most like tony to be a threat
  3. Sarah: Wasn’t too big of a fan but Sarah has been tolerable this season
  4. Tony: I want to like Tony but when gets all paranoid or does the tough guy act it rubs me the wrong way
  5. Nick: Indifferent. Didn’t see his season and he hasn’t done anything to make me think I should watch it
  6. Denise: Idk why i’ve never liked Denise...but I don’t like Denise.
  7. Ben: Ben used to be above Denise but after this episode I started to side eye him. Idk what Jeremy did to him but he’s being to sensitive.

Jeff needs to do something about that damn whispering. Even after the votes were casted tony asked if sarah was good and then asked jeremy if he wanted to play his idol on him, it was ridiculous.

I'm absolutely loving this season. I actually care about extinction for once because of the players and tribals have been amazing.

I generally gravitate toward big personalities like Rob, Tony, Parv, Tyson etc. so having Tony run the show these past few weeks has been fun from my perspective.

I'm team lion and Kim was a jackal and jackals have to go.

totally agree with you, the minute she stepped down along with Nick I knew she was toasted plus it didn't help that Ben told Tony about the plan. Rooting for Michelle and Jeremy now.

It was a stab in my heart seeing Kim and Jeremy have to turn on each other, but it had to be done Sad

did it? I feel like the other side should've teamed up to vote out Sarah.

Or Ben. I kept sitting wondering how this wasn't happening. I can't imagine anyone thinking this season has been amazing. The editing is atrocious and has made the storytelling awful. Production dropped the ball doing too much instead of just letting the best of the best go at it.

No do nothing floaters. No annoying people being carried to the end. I like everything about this season because it is the exact opposite of what Survivor has become of late. Everyone has won before and is here to win, which makes for high-level gameplay and exciting tribals.

This is the first season in quite some time I actually look forward to on a weekly basis.

However, I understand some people immediately discount a season if the people they are rooting for get voted out.

Edit: I'll also add that part of my enjoyment of this season is that I like so many of the players. No matter what happens I always have someone that I can switch my allegiance to. I came in wanting to see Rob or Parv.... Had a strange Adam moment in the middle and I'm now leaning Tony and Jeremy. If they go I'll pick someone else.

Ben's more of a defensive player, he's not really a guy who makes moves unless it's with an idol play for himself. His strategy is probably just to make it to 5 so he can play his idol and win fire at 4 again. He just wants to make sure Tony's not targeting him but he doesn't realize Tony would beat him 16-0 in the end

I'll admit my favs were Parv, Danni, Ethan, Natalie, and Wendell but I also love Jeremy, Kim, Michele, and Tony. Obviously I'm bummed with the outcome of majority of my favs but for me it's the editing that ruined it. Too many twist and too much going on with Redemption Island. I think the way they switched the tribes was awful as well in 3 tribes of 5. I love the storytelling aspect of the show and I hate gimmicks. This season had terrible storyline till recently and it was way too gimmicky. Good gameplay though!

What you described is why I have enjoyed this season, but I don't think it will end up one of my favorite seasons. With everyone having won and generally being a good player, I feel like the season is missing someone to root for or against. There is no real goat that you feel should not be in the game, or one true mastermind that you want to see if they can survive another week. From a strictly strategy/gameplay level this season has been ridiculous, but I think there is just something missing.

For an all winners season there isn't going to be those standout characters that are just there to be a character (Debbie, Nora, etc..) and there isn't a villain because these people actually know how to play the game.

With the editing and 19 players still splitting the time we didn't get to see the depth of their game or get to know the actual heroes and villains.

I think Tony is that player and mastermind that people want to see if he can actually survive another week with his crazy antics.
