I am still amazed that people believed in Wes and Bananas "rivalry". They are like bffs in real life same type of trash.
His rivalries with Devin and Paulie are way more real hence we would never have them do a cameo on his show like he has with Wes.
Theyve still been partially responsible for each others demise the last couple seasons. It's moreso then wanting to play up the rivalry then then them being bffs. I doubt Wes enjoys being in the company of Bananas for too long and he definitely does not want to see him win.
Maybe he is not acting mad at her because he cheated or did something else first and knows that this whole Bear thing is his own fault. He is trying to win her back because he screwed up.

I wouldnt be surprised if Wes and Bananas are working together soley because of the big brother allience. Bayleigh would want to work with Wes since his wife is friends with her, and Bayleigh likes Bananas. Neither would be willing to give up a big voting block so they just decided to all work together.
I feel like if anyone tried to get Wes out at this point it would be Josh. Bananas is just in too much of a good spot, he probably has three of the remaining Brits and Nany on his side as well.
