Jenna didn't really cheat on Mikey persay, he went on some show first and cheated on her so they both agreed that she could hook up with someone as payback. When Jenna came back she found out he was sleeping around the entire time she was gone anyway and that's when the relationship ended. They stayed friends though and I believe Jenna was the one who introduced Kailah and Mikey together.
