I definitely prefer the competition over the drama. i wish guys like joss were casted every season but also ppl who were entertaining. u can have a good mix of both. not casting joss blows my mind completely
im really excited to see if there is a format that lends it self to strategy, jay is an extremely strategic player and was very good at survivor so he would probabaly run circles around the rest of them.
Jay wasn't that strategic on Survivor, though. He came up with the terrible idea of booting Michaela, and then clung to the remnants of the millennial alliance until they were all gone. He chose the wrong side in the Zeke vs David war, then couldn't get numbers to boot David. He was fooled into playing his own idol, then fooled again by a fake one.
I think Jay was a far better social than strategic player. He knew how to read people and who he could trust, and those skills should serve him well here.

I hope that’s the case but I really don’t see how that ties into this trilogy theme unless they market this as a free for all type of season
They could easily make it individual IMO. I always thought the purpose of WOTW theme was to have people from the U.S. and people from outside of the U.S. in the mix...doesn't have to be a team or pair thing.

Might be a "Civil War" type theme beign indvidual. This would make sense too as US VS Uk was basically a battle amongst each other compared to the other team.
