Hope she's on. I think Kaliah has a lot of potential to be a star on the show.
I dig her personality but it does rub people the wrong way which means good drama, her look and style is fun, and she's a decent competitor that had room to improve into a real threat to win.
And personally, I'd like to see her break away from Jenna (who is fine but shies away from confrontation or bold moves) and be aligned more with Ashley because I think Kaliah/Ashley could be a force.
