imagine if production let the fans choose who gets casted. But we know they will never do that because they want to cast specific roles
We would end basically with the same cast the majority of voters would be casuals that are still obsessing over their old vets and have them on pedestal forgetting about every wrong doing they did on the past. While attacking the newer people over it.

I understand what yiou are saying but most of the people that are on the cast are there because they can fake it and make good tv, Melissa included. It's just how good they are at selling it to audiences.

So they were move to the appropriate list until further confirmation either way.
This has probably already been said but I think the only way Cara and/or Paulie aren't on the "Confirmed" list when the show starts filming is that they, and possibly a few more players, are going to be brought in on the 2nd or 3rd day as a "shocker" for the rest of the cast (never mind that that's already been done previously but we know how BMP thrives on repetition and what they seem to think are "Gotcha!" moments).
