She hasn't been on the show for some time and now has done 2 in a row, the scene with Turbo ("I loose all my friends") comments from Leroy & Wes calling her paranoid and her trying to get physical with Cara at the reunion may indicate some cracks...
And lets be real Cara wouldn't ever fail a basic psych eval, she studied Psychology and is probably very familiar with creating and interpretation of the tests.

Same. I feel like they probably rubber-stamp psych tests for vets, but rookies they scrutinize fairly carefully. With the vets, they know who they're dealing with. If this is anyone, it's a rookie.
