This analogy only works for some sports lol. In hockey, they'll review goals and call them back after the whistle blew / goal was awarded, even in overtime and the whole team is on the ice celebrating. Happened many times for my team lol. In baseball there are reviews too and calls are reversed.
It's really stupid that production didn't see Laurel's missing hole after a lengthy review and they should have known straight away the top one was in wrong, but just because the horn blew doesn't mean the wrong person should be deemed the winner. No one really won this imo. They should have reset. It's not rock science.
"Can somebody help me please? Things are getting a little serious here...."
Kam's annoying *** "I'm NoT sCarEd of YOu!!".. ok nobody said you were, but you're a liar and you're mediocre.
Would've been great for Laurel to smack the **** out of her.
And Laurel would've got her *** beat as she showed everybody. It doesn't matter if they said she w***cared of not, Kam put her *** on notice REGARDLESS. You don't bring my name up in shit if you didn't hear it from me & if I was making a deal, it's not any of their business since both Laurel & Johnny come in with pregame alliances every season.
Laurel did think Kam w***cared of her; she just thought she would get away with her bullshit making hit lists & throwing people's names out.
The people on here who pretend to be black and use black sayings and slang be the first ones to talk trash about black cast members but praise the whites one for the same reason.
Yall call Kam cocky but i bet your fave is just as cocky if not more, anyone wanna run up and scream out their fave so I can provide moments of them acting cocky unlike yall who just throw words around without evidence or receipts to back it up
Welp
Let it had been Melissa who confronted Laurel & peep how different the reaction would've been lol
Its obvious Laurel knew it wasnt a hole lmao she blatantly said "You gotta make do with what you got".
Aka "I know I just cheated but production said I won so oh well"
And it's hilarious to watch people try to claim her ******* was robbed. She didn't lose on a technicality; she lost due to her own **** up & the fact that *******, incompetent production were going to let that go if Ninja didn't point it out (her annoying *** personality finally came into play positively lmao).

Production screwed that up badly. When you blow the horn, you assume the game's dead. Like if a football play is blown dead and then one team snatches the ball and runs it into the end zone, you don't award a touchdown upon replay-- you review the play based on what happened before the play was blown dead. They butchered it.
regardless of the outcome, Ninja's gloating after the fact on SM is super irritating. Like when your team wins because of the officiating, its cool to be happy and excited for the win, but don't act you whooped the other team.
Well, obviously that reaction was about a lot of things, mostly the ENTIRETY of Laurel's shenanigns not working.

Laurel and others knew there was still some question, though. Several people including Ninja and Laurel were counting her sticks, and Ninja was pointing out the hole that was missing a stick. Laurel even started climbing again at one point. Why do all of that if you honestly think it's over? I'm not saying a reset wouldn't have been fair (it would), just saying there is clear evidence Laurel didn't think it was over.

I understand what you’re saying, but who said production didn’t see the hole on Laurels tree? Production built the structure, I’m sure they knew what Laurel did. But the problem is the fact that they still gave TJ the okay to blow the horn.. I’m assuming it was for dramatic purposes as opposed to telling Laurel then and there that she DQed. But in the end, you’re right.. uldve been reset and done over, or production should’ve been clear that they HAD to use the hole provided because as someone said, the instructions only said that 21 pegs had to be used and technically.. they were.
Its obvious Laurel knew it wasnt a hole lmao she blatantly said "You gotta make do with what you got".

if anything production was probably trying to rig it for laurel till Ninja's nossy *** noticed the mistake lol

I don't care if she was the second female out. Laurel had better be at the reunion. I have a feeling the rest of this season is gonna be a chore to watch.

I love Laurel as a competitor, but this was a loss. Take the L and move on. Come back stronger. You acted like a clown, and you played like a clown. Learn and move on. She is still awesome. Kam is awesome too. Wish they weren't on opposite sides and worked together instead of Laurel working for Johnny doing his bidding.
It sounds like Laurel should have been able to tell it wasn't the same kind of hole.
Regardless I still blame production. They shouldn't have blew the horn and told Laurel she won. They should have told them both they had a missing hole or start it all over. From all the past times they've reset stuff (Bananas' elimination on FR) I'm surprised they didn't. It makes them look dumb if anything.
wym? Production probably thought she won too and then upon closer inspection saw she missed someting. Its not productions fault. And Laurel started climbing as soon as Ninja was climbing up, so I think it was all fair game.
They did stop and did a closer inspection and still blew the horn and said she won so she stopped and assumed she won. In the past if you are doing a puzzle and you are missing a piece what happens? Production says you are missing a piece and doesn't blow the horn until you get the final piece. Production shouldn't "probably" think someone won and hit the horn they should know for sure.
She's at fault too of course but I feel like production shouldn't have blown the horn or at least done a reset.
and Idris is complete wallpaper. How dare they put this man in the same sentence as Darrell.
You act like Darrell wasn’t wallpaper 80% of the time
Oop but now we said it.
Topic for another thread, but even you don't believe that. There's a reason Idris gets minimal air time in confessionals. He's the only UK player that gets subtitles. Personality is remedial at best. OOP.

This obviously might not be correct, but it sounds like from people and looked like from editing that production didn't see the hole until Ninja pointed it out. Cause she was like "wait, but what about this one?"
If they didn't miss it and blew the horn anyway, then it feels like they were trying to ignore it because they wanted Laurel to win lol. I don't blame them, Ninja is annoying and Laurel is better for the show.
But maybe there was something in the rules that we didn't hear on camera / the voice over explaination that said you had to use the specific holes because otherwise there's no way they'd let just Ninja pointing it out overrule them for getting to keep Laurel.
Laurel actually made a good point in the interview that was posted today. They checked her pole and gave TJ the okay to blow the horn, which she took as the game was over. Then Ninja started climbing, even though the game was blown dead (I know Laurel did too but that was after Ninja). In the past, TJ had pointed out flaws during eliminations to try and get them going correctly. Laurel said all she wanted was a reset and a race to the bell. Last time I'm gonna comment, it was handled ****** by production and Ninja is annoying.
So I havent listened to any of the interviews but read that according to the challenge mania, ninja said laurel refused to reset which I find hard to believe

What is hilarious is your only saying this because your only up Kams ***. I wonder what you would be saying if this happened to Kam instead? Then I am sure we wouldn't be able to hear enough how production messed up your favorites chance at winning. That the challenge needs to be cancelled & that you will never watch another season of the show again. Then live on vevmo talking crap to everyone because you don't have anything better to do.
So I havent listened to any of the interviews but read that according to the challenge mania, ninja said laurel refused to reset which I find hard to believe
I don't know, people have refused to reset in the past.
On a wall challenge way back (on the Extreme Challenge, I think), the players had to run down a wall, but the intructions really just said "winner is whoever get down first", so Julie just used her cord to drop to the bottom without running. Emily B was against her and was pissed. The refs decided that they should reset and do over with clearer instructions, Julie agreed but Emily refused to reset because she thought Julie should be DQ'ed automatically.
Laurel reminds me of Emily B in attitude, so I could see why she wouldn't want to reset. To her, the horn was blown so she won. If what Ninja is saying true, I could see it. Either way, the way it went down was idiotic.
Jordan's hard on for Laurel should concern Tori.
Oop but now we said it.

This was one of the best episodes of the past 10 seasons
And Laurel would've got her *** beat as she showed everybody. It doesn't matter if they said she w***cared of not, Kam put her *** on notice REGARDLESS. I wouldn’t have known they were exes if I didn’t know. They both seem cool with each other you would’ve never known

lmao. I like this perspective.
I don't care if she was the second female out. Laurel had better be at the reunion. I have a feeling the rest of this season is gonna be a chore to watch.
THE DELUSION OF THIS POST IS HILARIOUS
I love Laurel as a competitor, but this was a loss. Take the L and move on. Come back stronger. You acted like a clown, and you played like a clown. Learn and move on. She is still awesome. Alls I gotta say is Laurel better be back next season
I weirdly liked Bananas and Laurel working together
