Yeah Jordan and Tori's confessionals feel like they were made when the finals happened. 

Also Laurel didn't lose because of a technicality. Although checky by production and TJ, but Ninja got the clue and won fair and square by climbing faster which i'm glad it happened this way. Laurel deserved a real loss.

King Jordan saved this season from having probably the most tragic ending ever

But was there an extra hole for Laurel to put that in that's what is confusng me. There was clearly 22 holes on hers and 21 on Ninja's because where else could she have put it

theres been so many instances a team or person thought they won and he just stood there awkwardly idle while they tried to figure out what they did wrong. uhhh i can only imagine if laurel had run the house even if it meant bananas by proxy too

Yes, that's the only stupid part. They should have just made them do it again. It's not like they haven't reset eliminations before or started over with completely different ones instead. 

Though Laurel saying something like "you work with what you've got" after Ninja said she just stabbed the top is a bit suspect. Did she actually know it wasn't a correct spot or no?

No, there were 22 on Ninja's too - she found her missing spot once she realized Laurel had a missing spot too.

I'm still confused because Laurel was going back up to get the pole she put at the top to put at the bottom but it was too late. I don't know i'm just confused but this was all fishy
