Wes has made a name for himself as a political mastermind, orchestrating countless alliances and schemes on route to becoming one of the game’s most dominant competitors. Of course, all of his wheeling and dealing has gained him some major baggage as fellow Challengers have grown wise to Wes’ manipulative ways. In particular, his nemesis, Bananas, has sought to stay one step ahead of his rival at every opportunity, forcing Wes to step up his game. With so many of his fellow competitors wary of his plotting, will Wes have to find a new strategy, or can he rally his fellow Americans to his side and maneuver his way to yet another Final?

Wes doing 2 seasons in a row make me realized he is just another bananas. We just hardly noticed because he doesnt do as many challenges

Wes is great television
Love Wes and usually give him a pass because I know he plays up a character for TV (while Bananas is actually a POS) but he's been doing too much lately.
Can’t stand him and last night was even more proof why.
Clown. I'm sure he'll get his comeuppance this season.
I'm so up and down about liking Wes. Sometimes he's TV gold, but other times he's literally the most annoying player.
remember when I said this last season and the girls tried to eat me up over it. Next stop is every one realizing Laurel and Cara are the same situation
Ehh, Wes has always been obnoxious and an *****. Ever since the first Fresh Meat, when he riled up everyone and was cocky. I admit I'll always be a Wes fan, but imo even if he's like john, at least he can get a chuckle out of me and has more charm to him . And maybe if john took one season off, probably should be more, then I can at least tolerate him being on the show more. I can't speak for the stuff about Sean since I refuse to watch the challenge anyway, but it's not like wes being an *** is nothing new.
Also let's not forget Wes made the final last season and came in third. So at least compared to John, he's better at backing his shit up and doesn't need the help from production to get challenge wins.
And yeah when people do enough of these challenges back to back, they get tiring/obnoxious to watch. It's inevitable. Even people i like. Examples: Ashley Mitchell, Shane on Vendettas/FR
Don't think you find a regular who does at least 3 challenges in a row where not one person is tired of seeing them on the show.

Wes came across so gross on the first episode... he gave me creepy old man vibes.. and what’s strange is Wes is only 34!! That’s so young he looks as old as CT.. this show ages these people lol
I keep forgetting how obnoxious he is until he's on my screen for too long. war of the worlds reminded me of it, and now it's the beginning of a new season and i'm already over him

I feel like Bananas has been working on that for the longest time but Wes keeps saying no on the seasons it's relevant like Final Reckoning.

I'm starting to not like him. That stunt he pulled with Da'vonne last season, him just being annoying this episode and then just doing nothing new. we've seen this same strategic song and dance before and it's not interesting anymore.
And like someone said he's too much like Backpack which...hell no.
