it seems like they almost tried to rebrand the show with WOTW for me in a way. It didn’t feel the same... and the whole “people from all over the world” thing threw me off when I realized basically all the rookies are from the UK. Interesting perspective. I think the show needed to be rebranded to me though because from Exes II til now there was something missing every season (Invasion was great though). Whether it be poor cast (Bloodlines, Rivals 3), stupid/unfair formats (Bloodlines, Rivals 3, Vendettas, FR), bad outcomes (Vendettas, Bloodlines, Rivals 3, Dirty 30), weird editing (FR with its constant tbc episodes), there was always something keeping me from liking a season.
Imo, though I was thrilled about EVERYTHING (Nany and Amanda's elim, Amanda's tapegate being edited out, individual final again), WOTW stepped it up in all departments. Lots of fresh meat that we needed and are very likable (Turbo, Theo, Georgia, etc based on your taste), some great new female competitiors, some great replacement roles (Day for Jemmye for commentary for example), a godsend of an elimination order getting the tired vets out, challenges&eliminations in one episode, WAY improved dailies and eliminations from the trilogy, a great final even though I think it's a little much, etc.
For me, personally I think it's one of the best of all time. They did deliver when they said the Challenge will enter a new era imo.
That being said the casting for this season is generally tragic but I'm hoping that a few of my favorites like Georgia, Laurel, Rogan, Joss, Theo, Kam, etc can save it.
Turbo hasn’t to be on. Like he hasn’t posted in 10 hours and even that was just a re whatever of the chAllenge clip. it’s challenge day he has never not posted especially by 3pm his tome

WOTW seems like a Cutthroat type season with it's rebranding. If I recall, Cutthroat was the shift to more physical, more intense Challenges.
I wonder since no other US females are speculated and there are still more US men if the theme has changed.. or maybe Aneesa is there. She hasn't posted in a while..
