There were trashy people in the past but at least most of them had some level of intelligence. Most...not all. I still remember Kimberly calling the elimination between Katie & Sarah trashy--dead on.

Lol kinda feel like they were trashier back then because they didn't care about their perception while now people are wayyy more aware of the cameras and how audiences will percieve them thanks to social media.

There definitely is a few, but even the "awful" cast members back in the day were good (Los, Chadwick, Holly, Stephen, Beth, Susie, Kina).
I don’t think the old school cast is more “classy” but they are more authentic. Their drama and relationships at least seemed real but not every other season was some sort of Rivals or Exes so they didn’t have the same pressure. They also didn’t have to compete for a stronger social media audience in order to sell fab fit fun boxes and cameos.

But, if I had to only pick one it's Mallory Snyder or Irulan Wilson
I think for me it'd have to be Dan(Viewer's Revenge) He was a drunken mess on The Island but cleaned up his act and we saw a better, sober him on Cutthroat. Looking back I really wish we saw more of him.
I do love Ashli and Cooke^. Ashli really got a stupid deal with her being punished for “quitting” when she was injured
Some others I would include would be Derek McCray (I’m not sure why I just thought he was a nice presence), Issac, CJ, Pete, Noor, legend CT-exposer Anastasia, and Marlon (who as a masculine bi man who is not scared of confrontation or vets should’ve REALLY been brought back).
Loved loved Frank R and Jillian. Like someone said before Jillian never really did anything but was always apart of something lol Like she's so quiet and normal for these shows yet I loved her. Frank is kind of the same.
