It’s rape and the behavior of two others and the repercussions for their actions have nothing to do with the behavior of this man. We can’t reduce what he did because others have done worse, then every behavior can be justified because “Hey what about so and so, they did worse”.

If a 12 year old wanted to have sex, would you say the 30 year old man was partaking in something that wasn’t a big deal?
