Realistically a team final these days would probably be like Champs Vs Stars where there's only like 3, maybe 4, people on each team. Rookies would probably be Theo, Turbo, Ninja and maybe Mattie since she'd be tough to get out. I'd take those 4 over any combination of vets that were on WOTW

The cast overall is just kind of okay to me. I think I'm more in with the episodes finally being back to normal and also having the vets be out so early sans Cara (why couldn't you call her out, Kyle? T_T).
The Paulie/Cara/Kyle storyline is so dragged out and it doesn't even look like Kyle wants to even be a part of it anymore. That's sad. It is super tiring. Paulie and Cara are NAUSEATING like wow. I've never met a more obnoxious showmance on this show. I don't find Bear as entertaining as other people. Like sure he can bring drama but his act gets really old and he seems like he'd be super annoying to be around.
Overall, this season wouldn't work if it was dragged out like the other seasons, even though the episode count is still very much the same as previous seasons if it's true that they're going with 15/16 episodes. But it doesn't feel dragged out because theres a daily and an elimination in that order each episode. I enjoy it because I'm a hardcore Challenge stan and it's not the worst season we've had in years. I don't feel like it's a task to just get through episodes anymore.
